Shipping Policy

Effective July 2, 2026

Every Holotype piece is produced on demand. Production begins shortly after your order is placed; tracking is sent the moment your package leaves the printer.

Where we ship

At launch we ship to addresses within the continental United States. International shipping is on our roadmap and will be announced when available.

Shipping cost

Orders of $85 or more ship free within the U.S. Orders under $85 ship at a flat $7. Your shipping cost is shown at checkout before you pay — there are no surprises after that.

Apparel and prints typically enter production within one business day of order placement. Production itself takes:

Total order-to-doorstep is generally 5–9 business days. These estimates exclude weekends, holidays, and carrier delays beyond our control.

Tracking

You will receive a tracking number by email the moment your package ships. If a package shows no movement for more than five business days, write to support@holotype.shop and we will open an investigation with the carrier.

Address accuracy

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. Packages returned to us as undeliverable due to an incorrect address can be re-shipped at your expense; we cannot refund the cost of an undeliverable item.

Lost or stolen packages

If a tracking number shows “delivered” but the package is missing, first check with neighbors and your local carrier. If the package cannot be located within seven days, contact us and we will work with the carrier to file a claim. Reshipment is at our discretion based on the outcome of the claim.

Damaged in transit

If your package arrives damaged, photograph the package and the items within 48 hours of delivery and email the photos to support@holotype.shop. We will arrange a replacement at no cost to you.
